About the Position Scouterna and the City of Västerås intend to establish a long-term collaboration through an idea-driven public partnership (IOP) with the goal of strengthening children's and young people's opportunities for meaningful leisure time. Together, we want to increase the proportion of children and young people who participate in organized leisure activities, with particular focus on the western districts of Västerås where the need is greatest.
