Senior Pension Advisor Swenska Fribrevsbolaget (SFB) is an insurance company that helps Swedish pension savers obtain a simple and cost-effective solution for their free policies and long-term savings. A free policy is a pension insurance where contributions have ceased, which often happens when you change employers. SFB is now seeking an insurance distributor/advisor starting in Q3 2026. Work is performed during office hours, 8-17, from our office in Stockholm. The position is full-time and includes a fixed salary plus bonus. Insurance Advisor In the role of insurance advisor, you work in a high-performing and service-oriented environment. You enjoy working in a dynamic culture at a growth company with high ambitions and a sought-after product. Your work tasks are primarily focused on customer advice but also include administration and customer support. To succeed in the role, you should be a good communicator, focused, and business-driven. You will work in an organization that places the customer, knowledge, and performance at the center. Qualifications At least 1 year of work experience in insurance advice from a bank, insurance company, or as an insurance broker. This is a requirement. SwedSec or Insuresec is a merit. Fluent Swedish is a requirement as the position requires correct communication in both speech and writing. Good skills in actively driving business forward. It is a merit to have documented sales experience.
