RESPONSIBILITIES As a process leader, you will lead and coordinate the work of initiating implementation of the FACT model, in close collaboration with both municipality and region. Your responsibilities include having a driving and supportive role in exploring and, upon decision, beginning implementation of integrated approaches through FACT. The assignment involves creating conditions for joint decisions in a balanced and transparent manner and leading the process forward. You will also plan for and/or participate in training and provide information about FACT in the sub-region. The target group for FACT work includes both children and adults. You will work closely with process leaders who have corresponding roles for development work in southeastern Scania as well as with sub-regional coordinators for comorbidity and mental health and suicide prevention.
