About the Role As a registered nurse, you will work within Dorotea Municipality's Medical Unit, which is responsible for the municipality's health and medical care. Patients are served through home care services, assisted living facilities, and group homes. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing patients' health status Common nursing tasks within municipal health and medical care Documentation in medical record systems Collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare professionals Working day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts The role involves both independent work and collaboration with other staff in the Medical Unit. Since working alone occurs, you need to be comfortable prioritizing, making decisions, and acting professionally even when working without a colleague on site. About You Mandatory requirements: Swedish nursing license At least three years of professional experience as a registered nurse Experience with independent assessment of patients' health status Ability to work safely and systematically when working alone Valid driver's license We are looking for someone who follows procedures and medical guidelines, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for safe care delivery. It is also important that you are punctual and contribute to professional collaboration with both the client and colleagues.
