As part of collaboration on mental health and suicide prevention, development work is being carried out between the region and municipalities in northeastern Scania (Hässleholm, Kristianstad, Osby, Bromölla, Perstorp, and Östra Göinge). By implementing integrated approaches, health care and social services can be provided in a more person-centered and cohesive manner. This ensures that people with complex needs receive continuity, comprehensiveness, and participation in their care and support.
The work is based on the Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) model, and we are currently in an exploratory phase. To advance the development work, we are now seeking a process leader for FACT.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a process leader, you will lead and coordinate the work of initiating implementation of the FACT model, in close collaboration with both municipality and region. You will be employed by Region Scania, Adult Psychiatry, but have a collaboration mandate that means you also represent the six municipalities in northeastern Scania.
Your responsibilities include having a driving and supportive role in exploring and, upon decision, beginning implementation of integrated approaches through FACT. The assignment involves creating conditions for joint decisions in a balanced and transparent manner and leading the process forward. You will also plan for and/or participate in training and provide information about FACT in the sub-region. The target group for FACT work includes both children and adults.
You will work closely with process leaders who have corresponding roles for development work in southeastern Scania as well as with sub-regional coordinators for comorbidity and mental health and suicide prevention. There is also a network of FACT process leaders in Region Scania where knowledge exchange and methodology development are offered. The position is an initial project employment of approximately 1 year, with the possibility of extension. The main location is Kristianstad, but the position involves work throughout northeastern Scania.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with an approved health care education or other university education we consider relevant for the position. If you belong to a licensed professional group, Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is required. For non-licensed professions, good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required. Experience with collaboration work and project management between region and municipality is advantageous. Furthermore, experience with FACT, work within psychiatry, and a B-class driver's license are advantageous.
As a person, you are structured and accustomed to working independently. You are also flexible and comfortable both collaborating and cooperating with others. You have good communication skills, are attentive, and can meet people in different roles and contexts. You work from a holistic perspective in your various processes. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
