Your experience and knowledge It is advantageous to have knowledge of the target group, experience with Day Activity Services, relevant education, or studies in care and health services. For example, education could be as a nursing assistant, childcare worker, behavioral scientist, occupational therapist, social worker, social pedagogue, public health specialist, or health pedagogue. This is not a requirement. You should have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and documentation experience. We highly value who you are as a person. In other respects, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow. B-class driver's license is required (the services have automatic transmission vehicles). You have a positive outlook and strong commitment to people, are responsible, and have personal maturity. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, and always have our employees' best interests as your starting point in everything you do. Ideally, you should have previous experience with alternative communication and low-affect interaction. As a person, you should be pedagogical, solution-oriented, and flexible.
