As a consultant at ACME Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work on some of Sweden's most interesting projects within infrastructure, construction, industry, and public sector. The assignments vary from developing and improving quality processes to leading quality work in larger projects and change initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with program management, operations, and technical specialists where you are responsible for creating structure, monitoring quality, and helping projects and operations achieve their goals. You will work with quality management, process development, monitoring, risk management, improvement initiatives, and coordination between different stakeholders. This role suits you if you thrive in a varied daily routine where you can combine project management, quality, and business development. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate quality work in projects and operations • Drive improvement initiatives and develop working methods • Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and quality requirements • Plan, execute, and follow up on activities and deliverables • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups • Document and communicate project status and decisions • Identify risks and work proactively with solutions • Collaborate with customers, project teams, and other stakeholders • Contribute to structure, order, and continuous improvement Mandatory Requirements • At least five years of experience in project management, quality management, or similar roles • Experience with process development and improvement work • Strong administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner • Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365 or similar systems • Experience planning, leading, and documenting meetings • University or college degree or equivalent work experience Desirable Qualifications • Experience with ISO 55001, ISO 9001, or similar management systems • Experience from the public sector or larger organizations • Experience in project management within infrastructure or technology • Experience with business development and change management • Certification in quality or project management About You We are looking for a positive and engaged person with a genuine interest in project management and quality work.
