Examples of work tasks Drive business negotiations and contribute to winning new projects. Responsible for contract drafting and negotiation with suppliers and contractors. Handle procurement throughout the process, from early stages with clients to finished production. Identify, analyze, and monitor cost development in projects. Ensure that agreements, contracts, and other commitments are coherent and commercially sustainable. Work strategically with framework agreements and supplier relationship development. Follow up with contractors and partners in the projects. Develop and streamline procurement processes and working methods. Contribute to digitalization and efficiency through business systems and AI-based solutions. Qualifications We are looking for you who have solid experience in procurement within the construction industry and who understands the connection between procurement, production, and profitability. You have worked close to the business and are used to handling both strategic and operational issues. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: At least 10 years of experience as a procurement manager within the construction industry. Experience from new construction projects. Good understanding of calculations, partial costs, and cost tracking. Experience with business negotiations, construction contracts, and contract writing. Ability to independently drive processes and make business decisions. Very good understanding of the construction industry's business and conditions. It is a merit if you have: Experience from smaller or medium-sized construction companies. Experience in larger construction procurement. Experience with the systems Next and Visma.
