About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as is contributing with various activities that enrich daily life for our elderly. Your responsibilities include: Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work according to decided measures Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff Who Are You? Qualifications Requirements: Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or documentation from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/experience Driver's license category B is a requirement; we will not proceed with your application if you do not have a driver's license Meritorious: Experience from care work in elderly care Experience with delegation What Can We Offer You?
