What you'll do during the day Here at TB-Group you'll get varied and responsible work with a strong focus on your clients, deals, and candidates. We've specialized our strategy and are unique in the way we work with recruitment – we see candidates as our primary client. In your role as a recruiter, you work as a partner to our clients. You help them get the right candidates into the process, which can sometimes be a bit tricky. Here you have full freedom to think outside the box and test different approaches to see what works best for you! That's how we work in general – we test things to see what we can improve and we also learn from what doesn't work. More specifically, you will: Develop job requirements together with your clients Search for suitable candidates Contact candidates and conduct phone interviews Schedule meetings between your clients and candidates Follow up on processes with both clients and candidates Regularly review your clients' recruitment needs Sounds fun, right? Who you are Maybe you're wondering if you're right for this role? You probably are if you're a social person who loves making connections with new people and building long-term relationships. Since the role will include many contact points with both clients and candidates, it's important that you're not afraid to pick up the phone or send that email. It's also important that you feel comfortable with and see the value in planning and structuring your work. For us, your personal qualities are really among the most important things. We therefore don't have a lot of requirements – it's enough that you have relevant work experience. Beyond this, we also require that you have good communication skills and speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing. It's a bonus if you: Have experience with recruitment in IT or construction Have previous experience working in sales Have previous experience with search Who are we at TB-Group?
