JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Property Coordinator, you will work closely with various municipal operations. Your role is a support function for the operations in their facility needs, property and rental matters, as well as any renovations/operational adjustments. You will have a role where you get to combine administration, service, and coordination. You will work closely with the municipal property company and your work will primarily be carried out at an operational level but also partly at a strategic level. Within the property office at Community Development, you will work together with our property strategist. The strategist also has close contacts with the municipality's operations and property company but at a more clearly strategic level. Collaboration between coordinator and strategist is important to create well-anchored strategic plans and operational implementation in line with the plans. Your area of work is broad with large parts of collaboration, both internally and externally. You will, among other things, handle inquiries and feedback from the municipality's residents, manage operational orders, assist with preparing, reviewing, and monitoring the municipality's rental agreements, and give presentations to different target groups. You initiate and participate in preliminary studies and processes for, for example, strategic projects/facility needs, and you keep yourself updated on global trends to prepare relevant documentation and cost estimates. Part of your work with smaller operational orders is also your knowledge of building technology and your ability to make reasonableness assessments. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have an academic education in, for example, property economics, property management, or building engineering. You also have experience from equivalent work, such as strategist, manager, facilities planner, or project leader, preferably in combination with conducting property economic analyses and assessments.
