Bergsjö School is a K-9 school with approximately 450 students. The Adapted Primary School grades 1-10 also operates in the same facilities. We are seeking A certified teacher with credentials in Art and one additional subject. About the position If you choose to join us, you will be part of a teaching team with several teachers who instruct the same classes you do. Daily work includes all tasks that are part of a teacher's responsibilities. Both individually and together with your colleagues, you will plan, implement, evaluate, and ensure high-quality instruction that creates context and challenges students at the appropriate level. You will, together with the school's staff, contribute to collegial learning. Teaching occurs in grades 6-9. Personal qualities As a person, you have strong leadership abilities, understand people's different capacities for learning, and can adapt your teaching accordingly. You make students active participants in planning and can make visible and further develop students' learning processes. You reflect on your work systematically, both individually and with your colleagues, and are committed to creating a safe learning environment with academic focus, trust, and respect.
