About the Job We are now recruiting two new colleagues to Tuppfjätsgatan's residential facility with special services! The residence is undergoing renovation and will be expanded with two additional apartments by fall. We are looking for you to work with our target group: adults with acquired brain injuries. The needs of our residents vary greatly, ranging from care involving full ADL (Activities of Daily Living) to more verbal support and guidance. The goal is for those living here to receive individually tailored support to live as independently as possible, while we promote health and rehabilitation. Working as a support assistant involves providing residents with individually tailored support through a low-affective approach, as well as encouraging and motivating them in daily rehabilitation and living. Some of our residents have significant care needs and require assistance with transfers. We work to stimulate leisure activities and offer our residents various physical activities. We have close collaboration with the health and care team, which consists of a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. Work tasks also include medication management according to delegation, social documentation in the Treserva system, and certain other administrative tasks. As a permanently placed support assistant, you will have the opportunity to be a contact person for a service user and to be a representative for your own area of responsibility, such as hygiene, assistive devices, or fire safety. About the Correctional Service The Correctional Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now seeking more staff members. Kristianstad has a new detention facility with 120 places located in the new Justice Center district, and nearby there is a smaller older facility with 29 places. Responsibilities In this role, you'll work closely with production and serve as a bridge between automation, data, and operations. You're responsible for ensuring that data maintains high quality and can serve as a solid foundation for analysis, improvement work, and decision-making. An important part of the work is understanding the context behind the data and ensuring it reflects the reality of production. The role involves clear ownership of production data, where you establish structure, define standards, and ensure data quality throughout its lifecycle. You'll also contribute to developing how data is structured and used across the organization. • Ensure that data is correctly defined, understood, and usable • Own and manage production data, including central tags and signals from machines and processes • Work with databases and data platforms to ensure production data is stored, structured, and accessible for analysis • Support the business in how data can be used to create value and insights • Extract and structure data from PLC, SCADA, and automation systems • Work closely with data engineers, cloud teams, and digitalization functions • Contribute to the development of data models and semantic models Who Are You? Quality Engineer for Manufacturing Industry We are seeking an experienced quality engineer for an exciting consulting assignment with a company in Karlskoga. About the Role As a quality engineer, you will have a central role in ensuring and developing quality work. The role involves close collaboration with several functions, such as production, procurement, suppliers, and development. You work both proactively to prevent quality deviations and operatively to analyze, investigate, and drive improvement measures when challenges arise. The assignment offers a varied day-to-day where you contribute to strengthening quality culture and ensuring that the organization's processes and products maintain high standards. The work is 100% on-site. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant technical education or equivalent experience in quality work within manufacturing industry. You have several years of experience and are therefore self-sufficient with qualified quality tasks and are accustomed to taking significant personal responsibility in your work. You also have a good understanding of quality management systems and experience working according to established quality standards. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing. Swedish citizenship is required. Before assignment start, the final candidate must undergo and be approved in a background check.
