Ref: 20261825 Job Responsibilities We are looking for an elementary teacher in our after-school program who wants to contribute to making Annebergsskolan every student's best school! We expect you to want to work in the team and through your expertise contribute to more accessible education for all our students. You also contribute through values-based work and physical activity together with the students. As an elementary teacher in the after-school program, you are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessment in the after-school setting and create a stimulating pedagogical after-school program based on the curriculum and other governing documents. You are responsible for promoting student development and learning, as well as finding strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in their knowledge and personal development. Furthermore, you shall together with other colleagues in the after-school programs offer students meaningful leisure time and promote diverse contacts, social community, and strengthen group relationships. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed after-school program teacher. It is a merit if you have previous experience in the profession. You have good insight and knowledge of the school's governing documents and apply these in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical abilities that allow you to independently lead and organize your work to create a calm study environment and a good learning environment for our students throughout the day. Your teaching is modern and based on evidence-based research you develop your work and with good knowledge and familiarity you work effectively with relevant digital tools.
