We are seeking mechanical assemblers for a high-tech company in Täby that works with advanced products in a modern production environment. The work is characterized by high quality standards, tight tolerances, and great precision, where every detail matters. You will work with mechanical assembly of complex systems and components, often based on mechanical drawings and clear work instructions. The role requires both technical understanding and a methodical approach. Work tasks may include: Mechanical assembly and fine mechanics Working from mechanical drawings Adjustment, fitting, and quality control Troubleshooting and problem-solving in assembly Collaboration with related departments You will become part of a technically advanced operation with clean and well-organized facilities where quality and precision are at the center. The position is full-time with daytime working hours. The assignment starts immediately and is a long-term consulting engagement through A-Talent Tech, with placement in Täby, Stockholm. As a consultant, you are covered by collective agreement terms including occupational pension, insurance, and wellness allowance. Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a technical and precision-driven environment and has a natural sense for mechanics and details. We believe you have: Experience in mechanical or technical work, preferably assembly Good experience reading and working from mechanical drawings A careful and structured work approach Technical understanding and practical skill Meritorious but not required: Shop technician, mechanical, or automotive-related education Experience with fine mechanics or precision assembly Experience from manufacturing industry Since documentation and instructions appear in both Swedish and English, you need to be proficient in both languages.
