Senior Requirements Analyst

We are seeking a senior requirements analyst/requirements manager for a position at a government agency in Stockholm. Assignment Description This is a full-time position involving a central role at the agency in the procurement of a new, modern, and user-friendly case management system. The agency wants to reduce long lead times, manual processes, and silos in current case management. The strategy is to first optimize case flows and processes, then add technology and automation where it creates clear value. You will independently plan, lead, and execute the requirements work and translate the organization's needs into a cohesive and procurable requirements specification. You must have documented experience in developing requirements specifications that have been used in procurement documentation in a public procurement or other comparable formalized acquisition of business systems. At least one (1) such assignment must concern a state agency, municipality, or region. You must have documented experience from at least two (2) assignments of leading process mapping of current state and baseline, and translating this into functional and non-functional requirements, including use cases/user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability. These assignments must not be older than five (5) years from the last day to submit an application response. You must have documented experience in requirements work considering and formulating requirements related to information security, logging, traceability, and data protection in connection with procurement or changes to business systems.
