Mandatory Requirements You must have completed at least two (2) assignments in the past five (5) years in the role of responsible or leading requirements analyst in developing requirements specifications for procurement, acquisition, or replacement of case management systems or other comparable complex business systems. You must have documented experience in developing requirements specifications that have been used in procurement documentation in a public procurement or other comparable formalized acquisition of business systems. At least one (1) such assignment must concern a state agency, municipality, or region. You must have documented experience from at least two (2) assignments of leading process mapping of current state and baseline, and translating this into functional and non-functional requirements, including use cases/user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability. These assignments must not be older than five (5) years from the last day to submit an application response. You must have documented experience in requirements work considering and formulating requirements related to information security, logging, traceability, and data protection in connection with procurement or changes to business systems.
