About the facility Kiruna Ore Processing's mission is to process ore from mine to finished product. The main parts of the process are screening, concentrating, and pelletizing. The department consists of a total of eight sections, four of which are part of the main process and the remaining four are support sections within quality, technical and process development, material processes, and maintenance. In this role, you'll be one of the key people working to increase the facilities' operational reliability and availability in collaboration with other groups within the operation. Work tasks consist mainly of: Lead the strategic development of maintenance in the pellet plant by continuously analyzing and tracking root causes that affect operational reliability and availability. Solve technical issues. Participate in projects as a technical expert from the operation. Be part of the improvement group, sometimes as its leader. Manage budgets related to maintenance work.
