About the Role In this role, you'll become part of a Materials & Process team that works on implementing new materials, developing material systems and associated processes, and technology development. The role focuses on composites and manufacturing processes and involves close collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and other specialist functions throughout the development and industrialization chain. Examples of Work Tasks Work with manufacturing processes and quality issues in collaboration with suppliers Support product development through all phases – from concept and system design to verification and delivery Plan and conduct testing campaigns for materials and components Develop and update material and process specifications Contribute to and drive technology development within the composite field Participate in material qualification, manufacturing, and repair-related issues Collaborate with various functions to ensure efficient and robust manufacturing solutions Assist in industrialization and development of new materials and processes Travel to other facilities and suppliers may occur in this position We're Looking for You if You Have Relevant post-secondary education, for example in composite technology, materials engineering, or similar At least 2 years of relevant work experience in composite manufacturing, preferably in industrial operations Communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written Ability to travel for work The assignment is placed in a security classification. Prior to employment, you must undergo security clearance and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations.
