Location: Kungsbacka Start: Immediate Assignment Duration: Consulting assignment for 6 months with good opportunity for extension Scope: Full-time, daytime 7-16 About the Job As an assembly technician in precision assembly at TAWI, you are responsible for ensuring a quality, efficient, and safe assembly process of the company's products. You work at the production facility in Kungsbacka and become an important part of the production team. In this role, you collaborate closely with the Production Team Leader and colleagues in logistics, engineering, quality, and other departments. Your main tasks consist of: Perform precision assembly of components and products according to drawings, work instructions, and applicable standards Follow daily planning and production orders and record completed work in relevant systems Carry out minor adjustments and functional checks of assembled products Ensure correct materials are used and assembly is performed according to quality requirements and specifications Report deviations, errors, and quality shortcomings and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions Contribute to order and organization in the workplace according to 5S principles and follow safety and work environment procedures Actively participate in improvement work by contributing ideas for efficiency and quality improvements About You We're looking for someone with experience in assembly work who thrives in a role where quality, precision, and responsibility are in focus. You are used to working from drawings and instructions and have a good understanding of quality requirements in production. As a person, you are organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating with others, contribute to a positive work environment, and are flexible when conditions change. We see that you have: Experience in assembly work, preferably from manufacturing industry and precision assembly of technical products B-class driver's license and access to a car Practical experience working from drawings, work instructions, and standardized work methods Good understanding of quality requirements and the importance of careful documentation in production Basic computer skills for reading instructions and recording work in production or ERP systems Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Qualifications English language skills Knowledge of pneumatics, electrical assembly, or work with electrical components Valid forklift certification Information About Background Check In accordance with our customers' requirements, this recruitment includes a background check in the criminal and misconduct register as part of the hiring process.
