You take responsibility for a good pedagogical learning environment and adapt and plan instruction to each student's level so they can progress as far as possible in their knowledge development. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with authorization to teach craft for grades 7-9. It is a merit if you are qualified in both textile craft and wood and metal craft. You also have excellent leadership skills and a natural ability to build relationships with young people. You have good knowledge of and experience working with students in need of support, students facing challenges in NPF, students with a language background other than Swedish, and students with non-conforming behavior. You value and contribute to good collaboration through an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. Since close collaboration with guardians, student support services, teachers, and other school staff is required, good collaboration skills and communication ability are essential.
