JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to contribute to giving more people the opportunity for self-sufficiency, better health, and increased participation? We are looking for a coordinator/rehabilitation coordinator who wants to help develop the operations' work within employment, health, and integration. In this role, you have a central function in strengthening people's opportunities for self-sufficiency through coordinated efforts. The assignment aims to create conditions for more people to benefit from the Labor Market Unit's (APH) services and achieve greater independence, participation, and improved mental and physical well-being. You serve as an important link between employment and integration services, economic assistance, and other internal and external cooperation partners. By creating good collaborations and effective communication channels, you contribute to strengthening cooperation around people who need coordinated support. In this role, you work close to operations and provide support to both staff and management. You contribute to developing working methods and processes, mentor colleagues in complex cases, and ensure that participants receive professional and positive treatment while participating in APH's services. Your tasks include: • coordinating and developing cooperation with internal and external actors • supporting staff in daily work and in complex cases • introducing new employees and providing methodological support within the operational area • coordinating assignments within TRIS and serving as the operation's Cooperation Ombudsman • contributing to operational development through follow-up, statistics, analysis, and environmental monitoring • participating in and representing the operation in various cooperation forums and projects • informing about the operation internally and externally • contributing to work on integration and establishment with a special focus on health, social support, and a child perspective QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with: • higher education in social work, behavioral science, public health, or other education that the employer deems equivalent • experience working with people who are far from the labor market or in need of coordinated support services • experience with cooperation between operations, authorities, or other actors • good administrative skills and experience with documentation and follow-up • good ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing • Class B driver's license It is meritorious if you also have: • experience in labor market operations • experience in the exercise of authority, primarily economic assistance • experience in work-oriented rehabilitation or working with people who have physical and/or mental health issues • experience with integration and establishment matters • experience in development or project work • experience cooperating with the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, or health and medical care To succeed in this role, you are a confident and self-directed person who enjoys coordinating, creating structure, and building good relationships.
