About the Position We are seeking motivated production staff immediately for one of our clients in Valdemarsvik municipality. What the Role Entails As a Concrete Caster, you will join the client company's manufacturing department and be an important part of the production of concrete foundations. As a Concrete Caster, you will work primarily with tasks such as mold construction and preparation for casting, reinforcement and embedding of details, as well as finishing work and quality inspections according to drawings and instructions. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in the production and logistics team. The role also includes daily overhead crane and forklift operation, primarily with straddle carriers and counterbalance forklifts. Start: Immediate Working Hours: Day shift The assignment is planned to continue indefinitely with good prospects for employment with the client company in the long term. Qualifications We are looking for someone who * Is practical and enjoys physical work * Has experience in casting, concrete work, or industrial production * Has a good sense of quality and attention to detail * Is responsible and has a strong safety mindset * Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team * Has forklift certifications A1-4, B1-3 * Has overhead crane certification * Has a B-class driver's license and access to a car (required if you live outside Valdemarsvik municipality) * It is a merit if you have a C2 wheel loader certification.
