Qualifications To succeed in the role of nursing assistant, we see that you have: Completed upper secondary education as a nursing assistant. It is also advantageous if you as a nursing assistant have: Advanced training in behavioral and psychological symptoms in dementia (BPSD). Class B driver's license. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant, your job responsibilities include: Providing medical care and rehabilitative services on delegation from licensed healthcare professionals. The work is governed by the Social Services Act (SOL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), which means you document, create care plans, write incident reports, etc. Work according to the National Values and Care and Services Dignity Guarantees. Contribute to providing our clients with a meaningful everyday life, ensuring they receive quality care so they feel secure. Work independently and professionally in care provision. You plan and organize work in consultation with the unit manager and colleagues. You contribute to good communication and close collaboration with our clients, their relatives, colleagues, other professionals, and management.
