We are looking for a residential support worker interested in working with us at Laban short-term home as a temporary/casual staff member. As a casual worker, you fill in when regular staff are sick or on vacation. Children and young people come to our short-term home after their daily activities (school, after-school care, and day programs). Most stay at the short-term home one week per month and spend time with friends and staff. Your Responsibilities Short-term residential stays outside the home (short-term home) are services provided under Section 9, Paragraph 6 of the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS). We are now seeking a Project Manager for Industrialization. This is initially a consulting assignment via Unik Resurs. Tasks and Responsibilities The Industrialization department is part of Fighter Production within Saab Aeronautics. The operations span the entire chain from production engineering and tool design to assembly, final assembly, and delivery of aircraft, together with functions including planning, project management, transfer, and OPEX. As a Project Manager Industrialization, you have overall responsibility for industrialization throughout the entire flow – from new development to stable, efficient, and reliable production. You will play an important role in ensuring that technical solutions can be translated into producible and cost-effective solutions with the right quality and delivery capability. You will lead complex projects in a cross-functional environment and collaborate closely with design/engineering, production engineering, production, procurement, and suppliers. The role involves many touchpoints between development and production, where you are responsible for driving progress, managing priorities, and making decisions based on the overall business needs. In the role, you have a clear leadership and delivery responsibility. This includes: responsibility for project budget, planning, and follow-up driving change within the scope of your project assignment ensuring delivery against established targets for time, cost, and quality creating structure and momentum in complex projects and interfaces You will become part of a project office within industrialization and production, where they manage multiple parallel projects and together develop approaches, methodologies, and the ability to lead industrialization in complex systems. Travel may be required in this position.
