Here's who we are The Staffing Unit is a central department responsible for recruitment and placement of temporary staff within the social sector. In the staffing unit, you have the opportunity to work within various activities – developing and educational! We always try to match your qualifications with the work we think best suits you. Our operations are located in Bäckefors, Billingsfors, Dals-Långed, and Bengtsfors. You can work within Care and support – home care, special housing, or short-term care. Support and services (LSS) – accommodations with special services (housing), personal assistance, short-term stays for children and adults. Here's your job Working with us means you meet people who need your help, your support, and your commitment. What the support looks like depends on the individuals' needs and wishes. It can involve helping with personal care, hygiene, shopping, laundry, cleaning, or various activities. The work also includes performing tasks assigned by nurses and documentation. Since operations are running 24/7, every day, there is great variation in work hours and schedules. Work shifts are scheduled for day/evening, weekends, and for certain positions also nights. Here's what we're looking for in you We are looking for someone with good treatment skills, the will and ability to help others, and the ability to meet service users' needs. You are flexible and adapt easily to changing circumstances. You take responsibility for your task and dedicate time and commitment to your work. You follow the operations' procedures and the service user's implementation plans. To succeed and thrive in your work as temporary staff, you need an interest in helping others and a high work ethic. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications You are at least 18 years old We prioritize applicants with completed or ongoing education equivalent to a care program, child and leisure program, or other education that the employer considers equivalent You have good computer skills and experience handling mobile phones and other digital tools and systems You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written. A language test is conducted before the interview For certain operations, a B-class driver's license is required If you have previous experience in similar work, we consider this a merit How does our recruitment process work?
