Tasks and Responsibilities Would you like to work with materials supply and delivery coordination in an international and technology-intensive operation? We are now seeking a structured and solution-oriented logistics project manager for a committed service team in Finspång. In this role, you will have a central function in the project team and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on material deliveries to customers worldwide. The operation is characterized by high pace, short lead times, and changing conditions, which requires strong planning ability, flexibility, and a clear delivery focus. About the Role As a logistics project manager, you are responsible for materials supply in planned and unplanned maintenance of gas turbines. You also work with deliveries of tools and instruments, repair flows, and ongoing delivery monitoring. You have many contact points and work closely with project management, procurement, workshop, warehouse, packing, and freight forwarding. The role also involves contact with international regional offices, subsidiaries, and customers. Your main tasks are to: Plan, coordinate, and follow up on material deliveries. Take responsibility for materials supply in planned and unplanned maintenance. Coordinate deliveries of tools, instruments, and repair materials. Carry out delivery specifications together with relevant functions. Report delivery status to the responsible project manager. Maintain ongoing dialogue with subsidiaries and customers. Ensure high delivery reliability and on-time delivery, OTD. Identify causes of delivery deviations and drive corrective measures. Actively contribute to continuous improvements of processes and working methods. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has a few years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials planning, or delivery coordination. Alternatively, you have relevant post-secondary education and a strong interest in the field. For you to succeed in this role, we believe that you: Have experience in logistics, materials supply, or supply chain. Are structured, analytical, and skilled at planning. Enjoy a coordinating role with many internal and external contact points. Can prioritize and make decisions when conditions change rapidly. Are solution-oriented and actively work with deviations and improvements. Have a clear customer and delivery focus. Are a team player who collaborates well across departmental boundaries.
