We are looking for you We are looking for you who are engaged and responsible and want to support young men and women with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) and intellectual disabilities (IF) Job Responsibilities • Join in on movies, walks, exercise, cafés, or concerts. You help a young adult gain more freedom, more experiences, and greater participation in life. Simply put: you provide the opportunity to get out and live. Who are you? You don't need to be a superhero—but preferably: • Secure and empathetic • Brave in new situations We place great importance on personal suitability. Qualifications You must be at least 18 years old. You should be residing in Värmdö since work shifts can sometimes be only 2-3 hours/session. Meritorious: Experience and knowledge of TAKK. Experience with NPF, IF, or similar We offer Right now we need several employees for fixed-term positions; the need can be anywhere between 6-25 hours per month, and usually work is in evenings and weekends. Interviews are ongoing, so apply today. Before employment, an extract from the criminal record is required. Värmdö municipality offers wellness allowance and holiday exchange for extra days off.
