As a team member, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on assignment for one of our customers' retail chains. Work Extra at MQ, Lindex, Hemtex, and More
We are now looking for more team members who want to work as retail sales associates at Hemtex, MQ, or Lindex in Alingsås and several other locations. As a team member, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on assignments for one of our clients' retail chains. You will be assigned to a retail chain and rotate between the chain's different stores as needed. You book yourself quickly and easily via our app for work shifts that suit you and your schedule. Right now we are expanding our pools with people who can work in stores in Alingsås, but it is a plus if you can also work in, for example, Gothenburg, Lerum, or Partille. As a sales associate, you participate in all of the store's regular tasks such as sales at the register and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and picking. As a sales associate, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage with customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store. NOTE! During the stores' vacation periods, we cannot employ and train staff, and therefore it may take a while before we hear from you and employment may not become relevant until the end of or after the summer. Qualifications It is a requirement according to the collective agreement for this position that you have another main occupation of at least 50%. This can be in the form of studies of at least 50%, part-time work of at least 50% (temporary or hourly employment does not count), or alternatively you are self-employed with active tax registration.
