The work tasks of a residential support worker include documentation, creation of implementation plans, and contact person responsibilities. Examples of work tasks: Daily chores such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, making beds Documentation and reporting Outings, walks, exercise, and activities Personal care such as hygiene, showering, toilet visits, assistance, and social presence Support and motivate the client for increased independence in their daily life Working hours are arranged according to clients' needs and vary between day, evening, and night shifts, both weekdays and weekends. About Brolunda Group Home Brolunda is a group home located in a residential area in western Södertälje with proximity to both green spaces and the city center. The residence has six spaces and is aimed at adults within LSS, target group 1. The residence has good public transportation connections nearby. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you with a big heart and a willingness to make a difference. We would like you to enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. Additionally, you should be easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive when needed. We would like you to be a nursing assistant or have equivalent qualifications. It is highly advantageous if you have previous experience with this target group as well as experience working within LSS and have care experience. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. We would like you to have good physical abilities. Our expectations of you if offered an hourly position with us: that you demonstrate good judgment in your work, that you possess personal maturity and are confident in yourself, that you maintain a consistently positive attitude toward the work and in professional conduct in the role of residential support worker as a whole, that you have the ability to distinguish between being private and professional, and that you have a genuine interest in working with people and therefore gladly go "the extra mile" so that the client feels seen and satisfied. Other Information Employment form: Hourly position based on need, beginning with orientation in August. Scope: Part-time based on operational needs. We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis and hourly positions may be offered to applicants before the application deadline.
