Qualifications We're looking for you with a degree from the Care and Health Program, support assistant training, nursing assistant education, or the Children and Recreation Program with a focus on social or educational work. The educational requirement is also met if you have post-secondary specialization in the disability field comprising at least 200 vocational credits, 120 higher education credits, or a combination equivalent to at least four full-time study terms. Alternatively, 60 higher education credits and at least two years of experience working with support and services for people with disabilities. The education should include relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Communication is an important part of the work, which requires that you have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1. If you don't meet this requirement, you may be offered to take a language test.
