As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your work tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is active, attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative, be resourceful, and see what needs to be done. We are now looking for someone who matches the following: wants to work with our active male client in his mid-60s living in central Trollhättan has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written has good physical fitness and experience with patient transfers has a car and driver's license has the ability to work in another location It is also an advantage if you: have experience from similar work in healthcare/care services are active and share the client's interests in training & stretching can swim Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Work Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: The current employment form is "as long as employment continues" with 24-hour shifts running between 08:00-08:00, standby time between 22:30-02:00 and 02:24-06:45, and occasional day shifts and night shifts (8-hour standby) according to the schedule below. The employment level is 67.5% excluding standby time. Week 1 Monday 08:00-08:00 Thursday 08:00-08:00 Week 2 Tuesday 08:00-08:00 Friday 08:00-19:00 Sunday 19:00-08:00 Week 3 Wednesday 08:00-08:00 Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation in accordance with the collective agreement.
