The work team consists of approximately 30 employees working in two work teams and helping each other in daily work. Many in the group have long experience and a strong focus on the best interests of the service users. You who are applying We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education and it is meriting if you are trained as a nursing assistant. You should have previous experience working in support, care, and social services. It is meriting if you have experience working from a salutogenic approach.
