About the Role As a group manager at Riddargården, you combine administrative leadership with being present in the daily care work. Two of the positions will involve working 40% with administration and the remaining 60% in the department with care work. The third position will involve working 80% administration and 20% in the department with care work. You are a role model who leads through your own actions and creates a work environment characterized by the Humana spirit: commitment, responsibility, and joy. Close Leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your group. Your focus is to support, provide feedback, and ensure quality according to Humana's methods. About Us Humana Riddargården is centrally located, close to Odenplan in Stockholm. We are a Silvia Home certified residence that offers both dementia care and somatic nursing care. The residence consists of 45 apartments distributed over five floors, four of which are focused on dementia and one floor has a somatic focus. At Humana Riddargården, in addition to nursing staff around the clock, there is a nurse available every day between 08:00-16:30. During evenings and nights, a mobile nursing team is responsible for health and medical services. There is also an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, activities coordinator, and operations manager on site during daytime on weekdays. Additionally, a doctor visits us once a week and is available all weekdays. At other times, the doctor is on call. Who Are You? We are looking for you who are a trained nurse assistant and who are passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to motivate others. We are looking for you who: Are clear in your communication and create participation in the team. Have a coaching approach and are responsive to both residents' and employees' needs. Are solution-oriented and take responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks. Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. Experience in leadership within elderly care is seen as an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability and your desire to grow with us. What Do We Offer You? About the Position: Working Hours and Employment Level: Day, evening, and weekend - 100%. Type of Employment: Permanent employment; we apply a six-month probationary period.
