We are now seeking nursing assistants for our residential care facility Lintjärn. With us, you work closely with our care recipients in their daily lives, whether it involves short-term care, dementia care, or somatic care. We offer varied and meaningful work where you become an important part of creating security, quality of life, and dignity. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you contribute to a secure and functioning daily life for our care recipients. You work person-centered and always start from the individual's needs, wishes, and circumstances. The work includes among other things: Support in personal care such as hygiene, meals, and transfers Social activation and contributing to a meaningful daily life Performing delegated health and medical care tasks Documentation and work according to applicable procedures and guidelines Collaboration with colleagues, nurses, and other professionals Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience working in health and care. You feel confident in your professional role and have the ability to meet different needs, regardless of the type of activity. You have: Nursing assistant education Experience working in health and care Ability to accept and work based on delegations Good documentation habits Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you: Have experience in dementia care Have worked in systems such as LifeCare Have specialist training in health and care Have experience in municipal or regional health and medical care Have a Class B driver's license We place great importance on your personal qualities.
