This position is within the Care and Social Services Department, which is one of eight departments in Linköping Municipality. The Care and Social Services Department is responsible for the municipality's elderly care, health and medical services, authority functions, procurement of services, and conducts care and social services in-house. Your work tasks At Trägårns Home Care, we are now looking for a new colleague for a permanent employment of 75–100%. Working hours are scheduled for evenings and every other weekend. With us, you get to work providing good service, creating wonderful relationships, and contributing to improved quality of life for each individual. Together with your colleagues, you are an important piece of the puzzle in creating a meaningful everyday life for our residents in need of support, care, and social services. In your work, you will perform nursing tasks such as personal hygiene, nursing care and medical interventions, as well as provide support and assistance with household chores. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you will work as a regular care contact for one or several individuals. This means you participate in welcome meetings where you together with the individual plan support services. You are responsible for the individual's implementation plan and document in the Treserva journal system. The role also involves maintaining close contact with relatives and other cooperation partners. We work from a salutogenic approach where we see the healthy and bring out the person's own abilities. Your workplace Trägårns Home Care and housing for elderly is centrally located in Linköping, based at Trägårns elderly housing which consists of 37 apartments. By bicycle or a short walk, you reach the service user's home. The operation is located in a small and stable area where service users are within a limited geographic area, which creates good conditions for continuity and close collaboration. The work team consists of approximately 30 employees working in two work teams and helping each other in daily work. Many in the group have long experience and a strong focus on the best interests of the service users. You who are applying We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education and it is meriting if you are trained as a nursing assistant. You should have previous experience working in support, care, and social services. It is meriting if you have experience working from a salutogenic approach. We want you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken, and to have good computer skills. In your work, you need to be able to cycle. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, takes responsibility for your tasks, and drives your work forward. You work well together with other people and listen and communicate clearly. You have an empathetic ability and can put yourself in others' perspectives and situations. Language tests are included in this recruitment.
