In this role, you will assess children's need for protection and support, plan and follow up on interventions, and collaborate with children, guardians, and other key people in the child's life. One of the positions includes a specialist assignment as an intensive investigator. Together with a colleague, you will conduct in-depth investigations in close collaboration with the child, guardians, and the child's network. Work often takes place in family homes and involves frequent family contact and multiple meetings per week. Intensive investigations are conducted over 6–8 weeks and aim to provide in-depth documentation for assessing the child's needs. About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating existing ones, and expanding, and we are now seeking more staff members.
