Job Responsibilities As an HR partner, you work as an operations-focused generalist and serve as important support to managers within one or more operational areas in clinical operations or operations-related support. The role is broad and you support managers with HR-related matters including competency supply, labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, salary setting, and leadership. You provide managers and leadership teams with professional support, serve as a sounding board/conversation partner, identify needs, and ask the right questions. With knowledge of operations, you translate their challenges into concrete and well-functioning HR strategies and ensure systematic work on prioritized HR areas. Over time, there will be an opportunity to take on deeper responsibility for an HR process that can be chosen based on operational needs and your competence/interests. Qualifications We are looking for you with an academic degree in HR. You have experience in a broad HR role and are accustomed to working independently and delivering results. Your work approach is proactive and you have an opportunity-oriented mindset with experience in pedagogically linking HR work to business value. Personal Qualities As a person, you are development-oriented and have a strong ability to independently drive your work. You have well-developed communication skills and easily create contacts and build long-term relationships while valuing collaboration at all levels. To succeed as an HR partner, you need the ability to identify operational needs and translate them into concrete activities and achieve results. The HR Department is an important partner in discussions about how we are best equipped to meet future challenges. The department consists of the following units: HR Department, Clinicum, and Staffing Center. The HR Department has approximately 90 employees.
