Åsele Municipality is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager As a Property Maintenance Manager, you are a key person responsible for the daily supervision of properties' technical systems in terms of operation, maintenance, and care. You will interact with many people in your work and should therefore build good relationships with property owners, tenants, and colleagues. You will also collaborate with subcontractors and tradespeople. Managing the operation of a property also means proposing improvements to various technical systems such as heating, ventilation, water, lighting, elevators, access control, and drainage. The work is an independent position where you work both practically and theoretically, with great opportunities to plan and manage your own work. Main responsibilities In the role of Property Maintenance Manager, you will be part of a team working on repairs and corrective maintenance, property supervision, and general oversight of properties. The tasks include, among others: - Perform repairs and maintenance measures. - Address complaints from tenants. - Ensure that ordered work is completed and tenants are satisfied. - Invoice reconciliation for ordered work. - Work with planned maintenance and proactive measures. - Snow removal. - Systematic fire safety work, etc. Qualifications It is meritorious if you have previously worked with property maintenance. Relevant education for the respective work area is desirable. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for certain work. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities and ability to collaborate. You must be 18 years old, fluent in Swedish in speech and writing, and computer skills are desirable.
