Job Responsibilities As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will be responsible for several of our clinical research studies. Home Care Assistant with Planning Responsibility - Södra Unit

Activity Description Home Care consists of seven units: Norra, Södra, Nära, Östra, Support Unit, Night Unit, and Resource Unit. All units, except the rural units, are co-located at Upplagsvägen together with home health care nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Through individually assessed interventions, we strengthen each person's ability to manage their daily life and enable them to remain in their home in a safe and familiar environment. Work Responsibilities In your role as a home care assistant with planning responsibility, you will be responsible for planning approved services for users in ordinary housing. You will ensure and coordinate daily planning for the team and ensure that the user's needs and wishes are met in a cost-effective manner.
