You will primarily work from your office but will also be on site. The work is independent but at the same time requires strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities: Responsibility for business planning and project execution through work management and coordination. Inform and report on project status to the client Responsible for the financial outcome of projects and manage closure and financial follow-up Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the client Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together Travel is a natural part of the work as a Project Manager. For those working with projects, occasional travel with longer distances and overnight stays may occur. Job Requirements As a Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for work performed in the field. Leadership is a large part of everyday work and therefore we are looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach. Beyond leadership, a large part of the work is being able to independently drive projects forward. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and who has great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated to provide service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability come before safety. But we would like to see that you already have: Completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical, electrical power, construction, or civil engineering or another relevant field. Work experience in work management or project management Work experience in electrical or electrical power field, or comprehensive electrical knowledge is meritorious Experience from the construction industry is meritorious Computer skills (Office package) B driver's license, as travel occurs in the position Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
