Project Manager for the Swedish National Property Board
About the Position We are now seeking a project manager (Technical Manager Parks and Grounds) at the Swedish National Property Board, based at Ulriksdal Palace. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and implementing maintenance and development projects within parks and grounds management. You will drive projects from analysis and preparation of decision materials through procurement, execution, coordination, and follow-up. The work involves responsibility for budgets, scheduling, and quality assurance, as well as close collaboration with property managers, operations teams, and contractors. You will be responsible for long-term maintenance planning of park and ground environments to ensure the properties' economic and cultural-historical values. The assignment also includes developing maintenance plans for parks and trees, conducting risk tree assessments, and initiating and preparing maintenance and renovation measures. Engagement Period and Scope The position as technical manager/project manager is a full-time consulting assignment starting October 27, 2026, and is expected to run through October 25, 2027.
