Your Assignment As a teacher of mathematics, natural sciences, and technology, you will teach students in grades 7-9. Part of the position also involves teaching students in the school's special education group. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction in your subjects based on the curriculum. You adapt your teaching based on students' needs, interests, and conditions. You monitor, assess, grade, and document students' learning progress. The position includes shared mentorship for one class in grade 7. To create good conditions for students, you work closely with other teachers, school leadership, the student support team, and when needed, the special education team. You will be part of both a grades 7-9 team and a subject group with nine mathematics and natural sciences teachers. Together, you collaborate on student matters, planning, assessment, grading, pedagogical development, and systematic quality work. Your Experience For this position, you must have: - Teaching certification with subject authorization for grades 7-9 in mathematics and natural sciences (biology, chemistry, and physics) - strong digital competence with experience using digital pedagogical tools - strong ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is meriting if you also have: - subject authorization for grades 7-9 in technology - experience teaching mathematics, natural sciences, and technology at the secondary level - experience with mentorship - experience working with students in need of extra accommodations and special support Is This You?
