About the Role of Residential Support Worker As a residential support worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with plenty of structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, have a professional and rehabilitative approach and work within the organization's resources and budget. We adapt our work based on each individual's circumstances and needs, and the starting point is the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources so they develop and achieve good quality of life. Our working method involves a low-arousal approach and clear pedagogy. Qualifications Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills, experience with documentation. Experience working within LSS Experience in psychiatry, AAC and low-arousal approach. Secondary education such as child and leisure program, care and health program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue or university education in a relevant field. Meritorious if you also have Relevant further training in care and health. Experience with specific care needs. Documentation skills. Knowledge of sign language We place great importance on personal suitability. Terms of Employment Degree of employment: Temporary staff as needed Working hours: Rotating schedule, day, evening and weekend shifts occur. Start date: According to agreement; we welcome it if you can start shortly. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
