Do you want to be part of our journey? 3 position(s). WORK DUTIES Together as a team at Munkaljungbygården, we provide good care, security and joy to our residents. We offer varied work at our Silvia-certified facility specializing in dementia care. The facility has 40 beds located on one floor in central Munka Ljungby, with proximity to beautiful natural areas, public transportation and the town center. In addition to care staff, coordinators, unit managers, nurses and a rehabilitation team consisting of a physiotherapist and occupational therapist work on site. As a nursing assistant with us, no two days are alike! With an individual-centered approach, we adapt our services based on the residents' daily condition and make use of their abilities. The work includes qualified care and nursing services based on the residents' needs. An important part of the assignment is to contribute to a meaningful life by allowing the individual to be the main character in their own daily life and offer participation based on their needs and abilities. Work duties include helping and supporting individuals with daily activities such as showering, dressing, bathroom visits, meals, outdoor activities and so on. We actively work with individual implementation plans as a basis for work planning, and each employee takes great responsibility for the operation and development of the facility. As a care professional, you work closely with the residents and have a key role in the team together with colleagues. In care work, you also have the support of a team-leading nursing assistant and daily overview planning of services. We collaborate with other special care facilities within Ängelholm municipality, and if needed, you will also work shifts at these facilities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with specialist training in geriatrics, palliative care or cognitive impairment. Previous work experience that has involved responsibility for contact management, social documentation and delegated healthcare tasks is valuable to us.
