Here you live in a calm and undisturbed environment – in the middle of nature but also close to the city, with its range of leisure activities – in an apartment designed to strengthen the client's independence and security. About the Position We are now looking for a new residential support worker for our operation. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you will work with: • Providing individual support, care, and service interventions • Planning and implementing activities with the client • Carrying out delegated health and medical care tasks Terms of Employment We are now looking for an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The position is full-time (100%) and working hours vary across day, evening, and weekend shifts. We apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreement. The start date is by agreement. Who Are You? As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position as a residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and attentiveness. As an employee at Humana, we take shared responsibility for our work environment and strive to create a good climate in the unit and work group through respectful interaction. It is very important that you have experience and/or can interact with people with various types of issues, such as aggressive behavior, compulsive behaviors, or substance abuse issues within mental health and psychiatric care. Great weight will therefore be placed on personal suitability. To apply for the position, you must have: • Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist • Experience from similar operations (especially psychiatry, aggressive behavior, compulsive behaviors) • Knowledge of low-arousal interaction methods and clarifying pedagogy • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as documentation is a large part of the work • Driver's license (category B) We Offer Committed colleagues who have good cohesion and are driven by the desire to improve the quality of our operations.
