DUTIES We are seeking a vocational teacher who wants to help develop our operations at Kalmarsunds Upper Secondary School Federation, based at Lars Kaggskolan's Electrical and Energy Program. The main content of the position involves practical and theoretical instruction in upper secondary courses in the Electrical and Energy Program. The position also involves a mentorship where you work closely with student welfare services and guardians to ensure that students thrive, maintain high attendance, and achieve high academic goals. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who works or has worked in one or more areas such as electrical technology as an electrician or similar, or in automation with electrical technology knowledge. It is advantageous if you hold a certification, but it is not a requirement! You have strong professional knowledge and find it easy to guide and instruct others. You are someone with a genuine interest in working with young people. With your commitment, you provide students with excellent conditions to develop as far as possible. You are someone who is good at collaborating while also taking significant personal responsibility, you are flexible, and you enjoy taking initiative and seeing opportunities.
