Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on Audi, as well as our other brands Handling of technical support cases Quality assurance of repairs Warranty cases according to factory guidelines Documentation and communication via ServiceLink Support and knowledge sharing with colleagues in the workshop Who are you? We are looking for someone who is technically curious, solution-oriented and has a genuine interest in modern vehicle technology.
