We are now seeking engaged and skilled CNC operators and setup technicians for our client. In this role, you will work with modern CNC machines and be responsible for ensuring efficient production – from preparation and setup to finished components.
Your main responsibilities:
Set up and rig CNC machines for production.
Operate and monitor machines during processing.
Work based on drawings, instructions, and production documentation.
Handle and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient production.
Work with control systems such as Heidenhain and Okuma.
Perform ongoing measurements and quality checks to ensure components meet the correct dimensions and tolerances.
Perform tool changes and optimize cutting data as needed.
Identify and handle minor operational issues and perform basic maintenance.
Document production and report according to established procedures.
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, technically interested, and has experience setting up, rigging, and operating CNC machines. You work independently, take responsibility for your work, and have a natural focus on quality.
If you also have experience with CNC programming, that is a plus.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you:
Have experience setting up, rigging, and operating CNC machines.
Have a good understanding of blueprint reading and technical instructions.
Are meticulous and quality-conscious with an eye for detail.
Are accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility for machines and production.
Have a solution-oriented approach and can handle minor technical challenges.
Have experience with control systems, such as Heidenhain and/or Okuma.
Are an engaged team player who contributes to good collaboration in the team.
Have a desire to develop and continue building your expertise in CNC and production.
Experience with CNC programming is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right experience, engagement, and willingness to develop in the role.
