Ground Workshop South is a department within the Ground Workshop Unit that belongs to the Army Staff, with approximately 190 employees conducting operations in Revingehed, Ronneby, Karlskrona, and Tofta. We perform maintenance on Swedish Armed Forces materiel within all branches of defense. This includes maintenance in the form of inspection, repairs, manufacturing, disassembly/scrapping, modifications, operational support, technical adaptation, and materiel inspection. Your duties include both leading and participating in projects. Your primary area of responsibility will be the armored all-terrain vehicle 360. Examples of tasks that, if needed, are also included in the position: Create prerequisites for the workshops in the form of documentation, technical orders, and instructions Travel within Sweden and abroad may occur Participate in and lead assignments within the Ground Workshop organization as needed Participate in and lead technical analyses Train employees Bid calculations and coordination for orders REQUIREMENTSQualifications You have at least a two- or three-year technical upper secondary education or equivalent competence acquired through professional experience as assessed by the employer Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office package, primarily Word and Excel Category B driver's license Good English language skills, both spoken and written Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form Personal Qualities You are someone who enjoys taking own initiatives, taking responsibility, and driving your own processes.
