About the Project Säffle Municipality provides care and welfare services with a focus on safety, quality, and good collaboration. As a nursing advisor, you play an important role in supporting home care staff with healthcare-related questions. The assignment is primarily advisory and contributes to strengthening both patient safety and staff competence, as well as participating in coordination related to the discharge process. The position is based on daytime hours. The project's initial duration is 1 year with possible extension following evaluation. Responsibilities In your role as nursing advisor with coordination responsibility, you will, among other things: - Provide advice and support to home care staff on care and health issues. - Assess health status by phone. Access to digital assessment tools is available. - Participate in discharge processes, where nursing expertise is identified. Qualifications - Registered nurse - Experience in healthcare, preferably within the discharge process and advisory services. - You are confident in your professional role and accustomed to making independent assessments. - Strong pedagogical and communication skills - Good Swedish language proficiency, both spoken and written Personal Qualities You have a professional and calm approach, are solution-oriented and collaborative. You enjoy supporting others and contribute to a good work environment.
